Return Policy

1. Introduction

Luiglow.com values customer satisfaction and therefore offers a transparent and fair return policy for hair care products purchased on our website. This policy applies to customers in both the United States and Brazil, in accordance with consumer protection laws of each country.

 

2. Return Period

You have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, starting from the date the product was received, to request a return or exchange. This period is guaranteed for products that present defects, damages, or do not match the description on the website. For returns due to withdrawal of consent, see the specific conditions below.

 

 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • In its original, sealed, and intact packaging, with no transparency;

  • Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and tags;

  • Unused and undamaged by the customer.

4. Return Due to Regret

If you change your mind about the purchase, you may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and similar policies in the United States. The product must be in perfect condition, as described in item 3.

 

5. Defective Products or Shipping Errors

If the product has manufacturing defects, was damaged during shipping, or was sent incorrectly (wrong product or quantity), contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and either send a replacement product or issue a full refund.

 

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us and provide the order details.

  2. Submit the return request and wait for approval.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product.

  4. Ship the product according to the provided guidelines.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method selected at checkout. For credit card payments, the refund will appear on the next billing cycle, depending on your provider.

 

8. Exceptions

Some products are not eligible for return, such as:

  • Items sold as “promotional” or “final sale,” unless defective;

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer;

  • Items not in their original packaging or missing any accessories.
